Heaan GTM Launch

Heaan is an FHE cryptography startup with breakthrough technology but no market-facing infrastructure. At the time I joined, there was no website, no LinkedIn presence, and no lead capture system in place. I was brought on as one of the first marketing hires to build the foundational go-to-market engine in three months.


My Role

I defined the positioning and messaging strategy for a highly technical product and wrote the full website copy. I launched the company’s LinkedIn presence, built the HubSpot lead capture system and lifecycle email sequences, and re-engaged 580 dormant MQLs. I also created 20+ sales enablement assets and secured co-marketing with Oracle, Amazon, and Gartner to strengthen enterprise credibility.
